THE ROXBOROUGH ARTS COUNCIL

Spring 2008 Juried Show
at the Wild Life Experience in Parker, Colorado

The Roxborough Arts Council is having a Juried Art Show at the Wild Life Experience from June 14 through Sept 7, 2008. We are in the process of mailing our prospectus/call for entries to Artists.

This prospectus will be sent to 1,500 Artists in Colorado. We are utilizing various lists such as Lone Tree, Parker, Highlands Ranch and Littleton areas Arts Guilds and other Colorado Art Society lists.

Announcements will also be sent through various organizations within the community such as, The Roxborough Women’s Network (already a sponsor), the One Roxborough Organization, The Roxborough Park Foundation and Your Hub, to name only a few.

Given the venue, The Wild Life Experience, we hope to have great Artist participation. However, Artists tend to show greater interest and participate in shows that have cash prizes. We currently only have two Silver Sponsors. Our fundraising to date will not even cover the reception costs. We're looking for help.

The Roxborough Arts Council is actively looking for sponsor for this event.

Gold Sponsor: $500.

• Sponsoring organization logo and description of business can be represented on prospectus/call for entries, emails and posters for this event.
  
• At the Gold Level, the sponsoring organization will be asked to choose one of the selected Artists (25) to determine a winner for their sponsored prize (Example: Best of Show, The Sterling Ranch Award). A monetary prize of $300 will go to that selected artist. The remaining amount of the Gold Sponsorship will go towards the Artists Reception.

Silver Sponsor: $250.

• Sponsoring organization logo and description of business can be represented on prospectus/call for entries, emails and posters for this event.
  
• At the Silver Level, the sponsoring organization will combine efforts with another Silver sponsor to choose one of the selected Artists (25) to determine a winner for their sponsored prize (Example: Honorable Mention, The Sterling Ranch and Chase Bank Award). A monetary prize of $150 will go to that selected artist. The remaining amount of the Silver Sponsorship will go towards the Artists Reception.

Bronze Sponsor: $100.

• Sponsoring organization logo and description of business can be represented on prospectus/call for entries, emails and posters for this event.
  
• The amount of the Bronze Sponsorship will go towards the Artists Reception.
